Our Cut-To-Size Planed All Round Iroko Timber is a very durable, richly coloured and versatile teak wood alternative for all your furniture, cabinet making, interior and exterior joinery woodworking projects and more.
Originating from Tropical Africa, Iroko hardwood is light yellow in colour when freshly cut, turning to beautiful golden brown when exposed to light. This timber can be used as an alternative to teak and comes with an interlocking grain with a fairly coarse texture.
Iroko wood has a strength that rivals that of teak with a decay and insect resistant composition. Works well with tools and responds well to nails, screws and glues.
